Examples of Site Assessments in a sentence
Tenant shall supply to the Site Reviewers such historical and operational information regarding the Leased Premises as may be reasonably requested by the Site Reviewers to facilitate the Site Assessments, and shall make available for meetings with the Site Reviewers appropriate personnel having knowledge of such matters.
Such Site Assessments may include both above and below the ground testing for Environmental Violations and such other tests as may be necessary, in the opinion of the Site Reviewers, to conduct the Site Assessments.

The cost of performing all Site Assessments shall be paid by Mortgagor upon demand of Mortgagee and any such obligations shall be Indebtedness secured by this Deed of Trust.
On request, Mortgagee shall make the results of such Site Assessments available to Mortgagor, which, prior to an Event of Default, may at its election participate under reasonable procedures in the direction of such Site Assessments and the description of tasks of the Site Reviewers.
