Site Lessee definition

Site Lessee shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to the Site Lease.
Site Lessee means Gossamer Holdings, LLC, as site lessee of the Site under the Site Lease.

  • Within thirty (30) days of completion of construction at the Transmission Site, Lessee shall notify Lessor of such completion of construction in writing.

  • At such time as Lessee identifies a Site, Lessee shall ----------- complete a site application (the "Application") in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, and incorporated herein by this reference.

  • Before starting installation of the Facilities at a Site, Lessee must evaluate whether the operation of the Facilities will interfere with the use of the Site by Lessor or other operators based upon written information supplied by Lessor and such other operators regarding their respective equipment, specifications and use.

  • Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • THE LESSEE or any other Person includes without prejudice to the provisions of this Agreement any successor in title to it and any permitted assignee;

  • Truck lessor means a person who holds the legal title to any motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer
