Site Owner definition

Site Owner means any entity holding fee interest title in or to any portion of the Site and improvements thereon.
Site Owner means any person, firm, or corporation who owns, in whole or in part, the land, building, structure, motor vehicle, trailer or boat associated with a clandestine drug lab site or chemical dumpsite.
