Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive license to use and occupy the ROW throughout Licensor’s territorial boundaries, as these boundaries may be adjusted from time to time due to annexations, to attach, install, operate, maintain, upgrade, remove, reattach, reinstall, relocate, and replace Equipment at each approved Wireless Site (“License”).
In the event that the Licensee elects to apply for approval of the unauthorized WCF or Wireless Site in accordance with this Section, any application for approval shall be processed as if the WCF or Wireless Site was never established and there shall be no presumption or assumption that the WCF or Wireless Site is acceptable, appropriate, or necessary to the Licensee’s Network due to its prior existence or prior operation.

The inventory shall include location of each installation by GIS coordinates, License Site ID #, type of pole used for installation, pole Owner, and designation/type of installation, for each Wireless Site Equipment installation within the ROW.
Equipment shall, to the maximum extent feasible, match the appearance and design of exiting Licensor Municipal Facilities adjacent to the Wireless Site, as much as possible, and when not technically practicable that Equipment to use camouflage design techniques including, but not limited to the use of materials, colors, textures, screening, landscaping, or other design options that will blend the Equipment to the surrounding natural setting and built environment.
