Wireless Site definition

Wireless Site means a location on Public Rights-of-Way selected for the Company’s deployment of Wireless Communications Facilities.
Wireless Site means a location within the City’s ROW selected for the Company’s deployment of Telecommunications Equipment in accordance with the Small Cell Design Guidelines.
Wireless Site means a location within the City’s ROW selected for Newpath Networks’s deployment of Telecommunications Equipment, which shall be installed within the footprint of an area of no more than thirty-six (36) square feet.

  • The Company may terminate any Supplemental Site License for convenience at its discretion, subject to all obligations for removal of Small Cell Facilities, restoration of the Wireless Site and any other applicable conditions of law related to such termination.

  • The inventory shall include roadway intersection (if applicable), GIS coordinates, date of installation, the Company Site ID #, type of pole used for installation, pole Owner, and description/type of installation for each Wireless Site Small Cell Facility installation.
