Site Wayleave definition

Site Wayleave means a wayleave agreement to be executed by Metrotech and the Customer and/or the Site Occupier in respect of the relevant Premises and/or the Site, if necessary, for Metrotech to provide Internet Services under this Agreement;
Site Wayleave means SSE Enterprise Telecoms standard wayleave agreement to be executed by SSE Enterprise Telecoms and the Site Occupier in respect of the relevant site if necessary for SSE Enterprise Telecoms to provide service under this Agreement;
Site Wayleave means Neos Networks standard wayleave agreement to be executed by Neos Networks and the Site Occupier in respect of the relevant site if necessary, for Neos Networks to provide the IP-VPN Service;

  • Remediation waste management site means a facility where an owner or operator is or will be treating, storing or disposing of hazardous remediation wastes.
