Skilled Trades Employee as referenced in the labour agreement shall mean any person who:

Examples of Skilled Trades Employee in a sentence

  • A Skilled Trades Employee that transfers out of the Skilled Trades Group will not perform Skilled Trades work.

  • A Skilled Trades Employee entering another Skilled Trades Classified Job, excluding a temporary assignment (i.e. to WCL) will be assigned the highest number of overtime hours charged to an Employee in that Classified Job at the time of entering.

  • An employee, other than a Skilled Trades Employee, shall be considered on probation until has worked a total of three hundred and twenty (320) hours within a twelve (12) month period.

  • For historical reference only – In accordance with C8.00 Benefits and Letter of Agreement #14, eligible Retirees will transition to the Skilled Trades Employee Life and Health Trust (ELHT) at some point in the future.

  • A Skilled Trades Employee shall be considered on probation until has worked a total of four hundred (400) hours within a twelve (12) month period.
