IMDG Code means the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code, for the implementation of Chapter VII, Part A, of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS Convention), published by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), London;
IBC Code means Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 as amended from time to time;
JORC Code means the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves prepared by the Joint Ore Reserves Committee of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Minerals Council of Australia, as amended;
STCW Code means the Seafarers’ Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Code as adopted by resolution 2 of the 1995 Conference of Parties to the STCW Convention, in its up-to-date version;
QR Code means a matrix barcode that links to information about a battery model;
Network Code means the document now known as the Network Code and formerly known as the Railtrack Track Access Conditions 1995;
City Code means the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
Takeovers Code means the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers;
FW Act means the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
Mining Act means the Mining Xxx 0000;
Building Code Act means the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c.23, as amended;
the 1996 Act means the Education Act 1996;
Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
SIC code as used in this chapter means the Standard Industrial Classification Code contained in the latest edition of the Standard Industrial Classification Manual published by the Federal Office of Management and Budget;
chapters and “headings” mean the chapters and the four-digit headings used in the nomenclature which makes up the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, referred to in this Protocol as "the Harmonized System" or "HS";
Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;
ACNC Act means the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth).
Data Protection Act means Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.
the 1992 Act means the Local Government Finance Act 1992;
Public Works Act means the Public Works Xxx 0000;
FOI Act means the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act or any code issued pursuant to sections 45 or 46 of that Act or any guidance issued by the Information Commissioner;
POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act, No.4 of 2013;
ECT Act means the Electronic Communications and Transaction Act No 25 of 2002, as amended;
VAT Act means the Value Added Tax Act, No 89 of 1991, as may be amended from time to time.
the 1998 Act means the School Standards and Framework Act 1998;
Erasmus Code A unique identifier that every higher education institution that has been awarded with the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education receives.
