Commitment Utilization Percentage means on any day the percentage equivalent to a fraction (a) the numerator of which is the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Revolving Credit Loans, including the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Letters of Credit, Swingline Loans and Competitive Loans, and (b) the denominator of which is the Total Commitment (or, on any day after termination of the Commitments, the Total Commitment in effect immediately preceding such termination).
CAISO Grid means the system of transmission lines and associated facilities of the Participating Transmission Owners that have been placed under the CAISO’s operational control.

Borrowing Base Utilization Percentage means, as of any day, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the sum of the Revolving Credit Exposures of the Lenders on such day, and the denominator of which is the Borrowing Base in effect on such day.
Mobilization means establishment of sufficiently adequate infrastructure by the CONTRACTOR at "SITE" comprising of construction equipments, aids, tools tackles including setting of site offices with facilities such as power, water, communication etc. establishing manpower organisation comprising of Resident Engineers, Supervising personnel and an adequate strength of skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled workers, who with the so established infrastructure shall be in a position to commence execution of work at site(s), in accordance with the agreed Time Schedule of Completion of Work. "MOBILISATION" shall be considered to have been achieved, if the CONTRACTOR is able to establish infrastructure as per Time Schedule, where so warranted in accordance with agreed schedule of work implementation to the satisfaction of ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE/ EMPLOYER.
Utilization review means the prospective (prior to), concurrent (during) or retrospective (after) review of any service to determine whether such service was properly authorized, constitutes a medically necessary service for purposes of benefit payment, and is a covered healthcare service under this plan. WE, US, and OUR means Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. WE, US, or OUR will have the same meaning whether italicized or not. YOU and YOUR means the subscriber or member enrolled for coverage under this agreement. YOU and YOUR will have the same meaning whether italicized or not.
Applicable Utilization Fee Rate means, as of any date, the percentage rate per annum at which Utilization Fees accrue on all Revolving Credit Advances at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.
Site Visit means a visit to the Site; and
Working level (WL) means any combination of short-lived radon daughters in 1 liter of air that will result in the ultimate emission of 1.3E+5 MeV of potential alpha particle energy. The short-lived radon daughters are—for radon-222: polonium-218, lead-214, bismuth-214, and polonium-214; and for radon-220: polonium-216, lead-212, bismuth-212, and polonium-212.
Utilization review organization means an entity that conducts utilization review, other than a health carrier performing a review for its own health plans.
Availability Standards has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Demobilization means removal of all equipment, machinery, manpower from the site after completion of the services with the due permission of EIC.
Levee system means a flood protection system which consists of a levee, or levees, and associated structures, such as closure and drainage devices, which are constructed and operated in accordance with sound engineering practices.
Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.
Nominal Rated Capability means the nominal maximum rated capability in megawatts of a Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility or the nominal increase in transmission capability in megawatts of the Transmission System resulting from the interconnection or addition of a Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility, as determined in accordance with pertinent Applicable Standards and specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement.
Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.
