Small Business Contract definition

Small Business Contract means a standard form small business contract as defined in section 23(3) of Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Small Business Contract means a contract between the Company and the Customer for a supply of Services where:

Small Business Contract means a small business contract for the purposes of the Australian Consumer Law at the time this agreement was entered.
