Small Business Customer definition

Small Business Customer means a Customer who has been identified on the Order Form as being a Customer who: (i) is not a communications provider; and (ii) has 10 or fewer workers (whether as employees or volunteers or otherwise);
Small Business Customer means a customer who is neither:
Small Business Customer means a business customer with less than or equal to, ten employees, volunteers or other person working for such business customer;

More Definitions of Small Business Customer

Small Business Customer means a commercial or industrial electric customer with less than a 200 kW peak load.
