Small Customer Rules definition

Small Customer Rules means Division 3 of Part 1 and Part 2 of the National Energy Retail Rules and relevant provisions of the Victoria Energy Retail Code. Supply Date means, for each Site, the later of the date we become Financially Responsible for that Site or the Estimated Supply Date.
Small Customer Rules means Division 3 of Part 1 and Part 2 of the National Energy Retail Rules. SSROC means Southern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (ABN 54 485 603 535). Supply Date means, for each Site, the later of the date we become Financially Responsible for that Site or the Estimated Supply Date.

  • Small customer means a residential customer or a small commercial customer who has an individual account with an average monthly demand in the previous calendar year of less than 100 kilowatts or a new commercial customer with an estimated average monthly demand of less than 100 kilowatts of a public utility distribution services provider that has opened access on its distribution system pursuant to Title 35, chapter 19, or this chapter.

  • Business Customer means a customer who has registered for and purchased their Covered Equipment through the Apple business online store.

  • Small commercial customer means a DRAM Resource Customer which is a non-Residential Customer with monthly maximum demand of 20 kW or less, including agricultural/pumping customers (PA-1, PA-2, TOU-PA-2 rates) and TOU-EV3, service to electric charging facilities with monthly maximum demand of 20 kW or less. Excludes customers on rate schedules for fixed usage and unmetered service (Schedules LS-1, LS-2, OL-1, TC-1, Wi-Fi-1, and WTR).

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Client Money Rules means the client money rules set out in Chapter 7 of the Client Assets Sourcebook of the FCA Rules.
