Supply Date definition

Supply Date means the date on which Crown Gas & Power becomes the Registered Supplier or the Installation Date whichever is the earlier.
Supply Date means the date that we agree to start to supply you with electricity under this contract; and
Supply Date means the date on which the Data is to be supplied to the Licensee in accordance with clause 2.1, as specified in the Background to this Agreement;

Examples of Supply Date in a sentence

  • This extension will not have any impact on the Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date.

  • Any extension charges paid so by the SPD, shall be returned to the SPD without any GST amount and interest on achievement of successful commencement of power supply within the Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date, on pro-rata basis, based on the Contracted Capacity that has commenced supply of power as on Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date.

  • However, in case the SPD fails to start commencement of power supply from the Contracted Capacity by Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date, the extension charges deposited by the SPD shall not be refunded by SECI.

  • Supply Date 1 July 2022, or if the Supplier starts supplying Norco after that date, the date on which Norco first picks-up milk from the Supplier under this agreement.

  • SECI shall also designate a bank account at New Delhi ("SECI Designated Account") for payments to be made by the RPD to SECI, if any, and notify the RPD of the details of such account ninety (90) Days before the Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date.


More Definitions of Supply Date

Supply Date means the first day of October 2020 or the date on which the End User begins to receive the Services under this Agreement;
Supply Date means, in respect of a contract, the date on which goods or services will be, or will begin to be, supplied to the consumer.
Supply Date means the date that We are bound to commence supplying You with electricity under the contract, being the later of:
Supply Date means the delivery period of the Marine Fuel as agreed, determined and set out by the Seller under the Contract.
