Small winery means an establishment used for the commercial purpose of processing grapes or other fruit products to produce wine or similar spirits not to exceed 100,000 gallons per year. A minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of the grapes or other fruit products fermented shall derive from the parcel or parcels of land farmed and owned or leased by the winery operator.
