SMS Alert facility definition

SMS Alert facility. – shall mean the facility available to a Customer of Amãna Bank PLC to obtain alerts on transactions relating to the Customer’s accounts via a mobile number registered with Amãna Bank PLC.
SMS Alert facility means the service we offer that allows you to receive SMS alerts to advise you of activity on your account with Hunter United.
SMS Alert facility or ‘the Facility’– shall mean the facility made available to customers by the Bank to receive alerts of selected types of debits and credits affecting the Customer’s accounts via a mobile telephone number registered with Amãna Bank PLC. Unless repugnant to the context words imputing the masculine gender shall include the feminine gender and the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.
