Social service provider definition

Social service provider means a non-profit group that serves the needs of children and families, the poor or homeless, immigrants, veterans, the mentally ill, the disabled, victims of crime or domestic violence, and persons dependent on alcohol or drugs through direct services.
Social service provider means the same as that term is defined in Section 53E-3-524.
