Solar Program means Theravance’s GI-restricted Irreversible JAK3 Selective Inhibitor research and development program.

Examples of Solar Program in a sentence

  • The Program Administrator will evaluate such notification consistent with the Community Solar Program, and such Agreement will be terminated only upon order of the Program Administrator or the Commission.

  • If there is a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Community Solar Program the Community Solar Program shall apply and prevail.

  • The Owner or Authorized Agent of a Solar Tariff Generation Unit shall notify the Solar Program Administrator of any changes that may affect the continued eligibility of the Generation Unit as a Solar Tariff Generation Unit.

  • In order to retain a Statement of Qualification issued prior to a project’s Commercial Operation Date, all Solar Tariff Generation Units must provide the Solar Program Administrator with a copy of the authorization to interconnect issued by the applicable Distribution Company.

  • A Statement of Qualification Application shall be submitted to the Solar Program Administrator by the Owner of the prospective Solar Tariff Generation Unit or by the Authorized Agent of the Owner.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.
