Sold Equipment definition

Sold Equipment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).
Sold Equipment means the physical equipment, such as cameras, monitors, and other related equipment, accessories or parts, but excluding any Software that may be installed on such Equipment, that Customer purchases from Envysion under an Order Form whereby title to the Equipment passes to Customer.
Sold Equipment has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • The Supplier will retain title in all Sold Equipment until it has been paid for in full by the Customer, and the Customer shall not do anything to affect the Supplier’s interest therein until title has vested in the Customer.

  • Title to the Sold Equipment (but not to any Software incorporated or embedded therein) shall pass to Customer at delivery; provided however, Customer hereby grants a security interest in the Sold Equipment sold under an Order Form and the proceeds thereof until payment of the full purchase price to Envysion.

  • All original packaging should be retained in respect of any claim until a representative of Logical Solutions can inspect the Sold Equipment.

  • Sold Equipment is subject to the terms and conditions of any manufacturer’s warranty or extended warranty plan that the Customer may have obtained on the purchase of the Equipment.(3) The Customer acknowledges receiving the Equipment in good physical condition at the point of sale or at Customer’s premises, thereafter he/she will be responsible forthe condition of the Equipment.

  • Borrower shall prepay to Lender a sum equal to the pro-rata portion of accrued interest and principal balance outstanding due under such Note on the Sold Equipment plus the Prepayment Fee (“Purchase Payment”) to be applied in the manner described in Section 2(h)(i) hereof.

  • Logical Solutions shall have no further responsibility in respect of the safety of the Sold Equipment thereafter.

Sold Equipment means Equipment sold to you by us,
Sold Equipment means the equipment provided as part of the Loyalty Management Services, the title of which will pass to the Trader and will not be returned at the end of the Contract, as set out in Schedule 1.
Sold Equipment means the intermodal trailers and domestic containers sold by Seller or a Designated Subsidiary after September 30, 2000 and prior to the Closing as permitted by Section 5.1(b)(ii)(2) hereof.

  • Purchased Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, sold by BT to the Customer.

  • Excluded Equipment means (i) defibrillators, enhanced emergency medical kits and other medical equipment, (ii) airphones and other components or systems installed on or affixed to the Airframe that are used to provide individual telecommunications or electronic entertainment to passengers aboard the Aircraft, (iii) galley carts, beverage carts, waste containers, liquor kits, food tray carriers, ice containers, oven inserts, galley inserts, and other branded passenger convenience or service items, (iv) any items, equipment or systems leased by Company or any Permitted Lessee (other than items, equipment, or systems that are leased from Company pursuant to the applicable Lease) or owned by Company or any Permitted Lessee subject to a conditional sales agreement or a security interest (other than the security interest granted under the Indenture), and (v) cargo containers.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Designated Equipment means any equipment designated in the SLA, upon which the Licensed System may be used; Documentation means operating manuals and other printed materials which assist the Customer to use the Licensed System including any technical and user software material as published by Pentana Solutions; Escalation Request is as set out in the SLA;

  • BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;
