Solicitor firm definition
Solicitor firm means any person, other than a plan, who through one or more solicitors engages in the acts defined in subdivision (l).

Solicitor means any person who, directly or indirectly, solicits any client for, or refers any client to, an investment adviser.
Vendor’s Solicitors means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ LLP.
City Solicitor means the City employee holding that office or, if applicable, the successor to the authority or responsibility of such office;
barrister means the barrister, practising as a member of the Bar of England and Wales, who is supplying the Services in accordance with the Agreement; a "Business Day" means a day that is neither a weekend nor a public holiday in England;
Telephone solicitor means any person doing business in this state who makes or causes to be made a telephone solicitation from within or outside of this state, including, but not limited to, calls made by use of automated dialing and announcing devices or by a live person.
