SOSEA goals definition

SOSEA goals means the goals specified for a spotted owl special emphasis area as identified on the SOSEA maps (see WAC 222- 16-086). SOSEA goals provide for demographic and/or dispersal support as necessary to complement the northern spotted owl protection strategies on federal land within or adjacent to the SOSEA.
