Federal land definition

Federal land. ’ means all land and inter- ests in land owned by the United States which are subject to the mineral leasing laws, in- cluding mineral resources or mineral estates reserved to the United States in the convey- ance of a surface or nonmineral estate;
Federal land means any land, including mineral interests, owned by the United States, but excluding Indian lands.
Federal land means federal land as defined in subsection 3(1) of CEPA, 1999;
