Source FI means a Subscriber that is an ESA Holder, or that has an arrangement with a Financial Settlement Agent, and is providing (or is intending to provide) Source Funds as part of the settlement of the Conveyancing Transaction.

  • Source material means: (1) uranium or thorium, or any combination thereof, in any physical or chemical form or (2) ores which contain by weight one-twentieth of one percent (0.05 percent) or more of (i) uranium, (ii) thorium or (iii) any combination thereof. Source material does not include special nuclear material.

  • Source Watershed means the watershed from which a withdrawal originates. If water is withdrawn directly from a Great Lake or from the St. Lawrence River, then the source watershed shall be considered to be the watershed of that Great Lake or the watershed of the St. Lawrence River, respectively.
