Exhibit One Mortgage Loan Schedule Exhibit Two: Schedule of Discount Fractions Exhibit Three: Information to be Included in Monthly Distribution Date Statement Exhibit Four: Standard Terms of Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of March 1, 2003 This is a Series Supplement, dated as of April 1, 2003 (the "Series Supplement"), to the Standard Terms of Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2003 and attached as Exhibit Four hereto (the "Standard Terms" and, together with this Series Supplement, the "Pooling and Servicing Agreement" or "Agreement"), among RESIDENTIAL FUNDING MORTGAGE SECURITIES I, INC., as the company (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Company"), RESIDENTIAL FUNDING CORPORATION, as master servicer (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Master Servicer"), and BANK ONE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee (together with its permitted successors and assigns, the "Trustee").

Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;

Statement of Additional Information means, respectively, the form of prospectus and statement of additional information with respect to the Fund filed by the Investment Company as part of the Registration Statement, or as they may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

Assignment Form means the assignment form attached as Annex 2 hereto.
Insider Report means a statement required to be filed pursuant to Section 16 of the Exchange Act (or any successor provisions), by a person who is a director of the Corporation or who is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than ten percent of the shares of the Corporation.
MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);
Inspection Certificate means a report prepared by an independent authority or third party assessor who is qualified by experience and/or education to declare the Produce unfit for human consumption, unsuitable for sale or not meeting a particular specification or standard.
Data Tape Information The information provided by the Originators as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor or the Purchaser setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Mortgagor's name; (2) as to each Mortgage Loan, the Scheduled Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date; (3) the Mortgage Rate Cap; (4) the Index; (5) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner occupied; (6) the type of Mortgaged Property; (7) the first date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (8) the "paid through date" based on payments received from the related Mortgagor;
Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.
Schedule of compliance means a schedule of remedial measures included in a state permit, including an enforceable sequence of interim requirements (for example, actions, operations, or milestone events) leading to compliance with the Act, the CWA and regulations.
GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.
Allocation Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 1.12(b).
Departmental Schedule , which means the Public Works Department Schedule of Rates in different district of West Bengal for the working area including up-to-date addenda and corrigenda, if any.
Investment Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to purchase Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.
Exhibit means any item labeled as an Exhibit in the Solicitation or placed in the Exhibits section of the solicitation.
Exhibit 1 means Exhibit 1 to this Schedule C.
