Sourcing Event definition

Sourcing Event means an electronic bid document in the form of a request for quotation, request for proposal, etc. for goods and services that is solicited through the University’s branded HuskyBuy self-service online portal.
Sourcing Event means the electronic tool in SAP Ariba used to complete an RFx; the Sourcing Event enables the communication of RFx needs, issuance of addenda, receipt of information or bids, and electronic evaluation scoring, when required.
Sourcing Event means the procurement process followed to identify the most suitable supplier for the provision of the Goods and Services to be provided under this Agreement;

  • Vendors should respond to all relevant sections of the Sourcing Event.

  • Sporting event means any of the following athletic activities that is organized, operated, managed, or sponsored by the School:

  • Restructuring Event means the occurrence of any one or more of the following events:

  • Significant business transaction means any business transaction or series of transactions that, during any one fiscal year, exceeds the lesser of $25,000 or 5 percent of the total operating expense of a provider.

  • Rating Event means the rating on the Notes is lowered by each of the Rating Agencies and the Notes are rated below an Investment Grade Rating by each of the Rating Agencies on any day within the 60-day period (which 60-day period will be extended so long as the rating of the Notes is under publicly announced consideration for a possible downgrade by any of the Rating Agencies) after the earlier of (a) the occurrence of a Change of Control and (b) public notice of the occurrence of a Change of Control or the Company’s intention to effect a Change of Control; provided that a Rating Event will not be deemed to have occurred in respect of a particular Change of Control (and thus will not be deemed a Rating Event for purposes of the definition of Change of Control Triggering Event) if each Rating Agency making the reduction in rating does not publicly announce or confirm or inform the Trustee in writing at the request of the Company that the reduction was the result, in whole or in part, of any event or circumstance comprised of or arising as a result of, or in respect of, the Change of Control (whether or not the applicable Change of Control has occurred at the time of the Rating Event).

  • Disqualifying Event has the meaning specified in the definition of Eligible Currency.

  • Capital Event means and includes: (i) any transaction involving the sale, exchange or other disposition of the Project or the Company (but excluding any incidental sales or exchanges of tangible personal property and fixtures), (ii) any financing, refinancing or borrowing secured by the Project or the Company, and (iii) any condemnation or recovery of damage awards and property insurance proceeds (excluding proceeds from any rent or business interruption insurance).

  • Triggering Event means any Section 11(a)(ii) Event or any Section 13 Event.

  • designated sporting event generally means any association football match, whether national or international. The full legal definition of the different classes of designated sporting events may be found in the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Amendment) Order 2011, under Article 2(1) and 2(2) of Schedule 2.

  • Qualifying Event means, during the Participant’s Services with the Company and its Affiliates, the Participant’s death or Disability.

  • Delaying Event means any failure of a Party to perform any of its obligations set forth in this Agreement, caused in whole or in part by:

  • Liquidity Event means a Change of Control or an IPO.

  • De-listing Event means the situation where (i) the shares in the Issuer are not listed and admitted to trading on a Regulated Market or (ii) trading in the shares in the Issuer on the relevant Regulated Market is suspended for a period of fifteen (15) consecutive Business Days.
