South American Countries definition

South American Countries means the countries listed under the heading “South American Countries” in Schedule A hereto.
South American Countries shall have the meaning set forth in the SGR Security Agreement.
South American Countries means any of (i) Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela and (ii) each other country located in South America and “South American Country” means any one of them.
