Southern Entity definition

Southern Entity means The Southern Company or any of its subsidiaries and affiliates.
Southern Entity means each and any of the foregoing entities.

  • Payments under this Agreement shall not be considered wages, salaries or compensation under any other employee benefit plan of the Company or any other Southern Entity.

  • Employee acknowledges and agrees that the covenants and agreements contained in the Agreement shall be construed as covenants and agreements independent of each other or any other contract between the parties hereto and that the existence of any claim or cause of action by Employee against any Southern Entity, whether predicated upon the Agreement or any other contract, shall not constitute a defense to the enforcement by the Company of said covenants and agreements.
