S&P Regional Diversity Measure definition

S&P Regional Diversity Measure means a measure calculated by determining the Aggregate Principal Balance of the Collateral Obligations (with an S&P Rating of "CCC-" or higher) within each S&P region set forth in Table 2 below, then dividing each of these amounts by the Aggregate Principal Balance of the Collateral Obligations (with an S&P Rating of "CCC-" or higher) from all S&P regions in the portfolio, squaring the result for each region, then taking the reciprocal of the sum of these squares.
S&P Regional Diversity Measure means a measure calculated by determining the Aggregate Principal Balance of the Collateral Loans (with an S&P Rating of “CCC-” or higher) within each S&P region set forth in the table set forth below, then dividing each of these amounts by the Aggregate Principal Balance of the Collateral Loans (with an S&P Rating of “CCC-” or higher) from all S&P regions in the portfolio, squaring the result for each region, then taking the reciprocal of the sum of these squares.
S&P Regional Diversity Measure means a measure calculated by determining the Aggregate Principal Balance of the Collateral Debt Obligations within each S&P region set forth in Annex C (S&P Regional Diversity Measure Table) of this Prospectus, then dividing each of these amounts by the Aggregate Principal Balance of the CollateralDebt Obligations from all S&P regions in the portfolio, squaring the result for each region, then taking the reciprocal of the sum of these squares.
