Space Layout definition

Space Layout shall consist of all plans depicting partitions, doors, electrical and telephone outlets, right fixture locations, mill work, wall finishes, floor coverings and special requirements (if any).

  • Following execution of this Lease, Landlord shall furnish Tenant with two (2) sets of prints of Space Layout Drawings, giving technical and design information relative to the Demised Premises.

  • Landlord shall, in a good and workmanlike manner, cause such Designated TAL Refusal Space to be improved and completed in accordance with the Final Designated TAL Refusal Space Layout Plans and the Designated TAL Refusal Space Engineering Plans (the "Designated TAL Refusal Space Work") (such plans are hereinafter together called the "Designated TAL Refusal Space Construction Plans").

  • Landlord shall, in a good and workmanlike manner, cause such Designated Refusal Space to be improved and completed in accordance with the Final Designated Refusal Space Layout Plans and the Designated Refusal Space Engineering Plans (the "Designated Refusal Space Work") (such plans are hereinafter together called the "Designated Refusal Space Construction Plans").

  • Tenant's Designated Refusal Space Layout Plans as approved by Landlord and with the aforesaid modifications, if any, are herein called the "Final Designated Refusal Space Layout Plans".

  • Landlord shall deliver to Tenant no later than three (3) days after Landlord's receipt of the Refusal Exercise Notice for use by Tenant, such plan or plans and other information with respect to such Designated Refusal Space and the Building as Tenant may reasonably require for proper and expeditious preparation of Tenant's Designated Refusal Space Layout Plans (hereinafter defined).

  • Tenant shall devote such time in consultation with Tenant's space planner as shall be necessary to enable the planner to develop the Space Layout, Plans and As-Built Documents for the construction of improvements in the Premises.

Related to Space Layout

  • Layout means a conceptual drawing sufficient to provide for the specified stormwater management facilities required at the time of approval.

  • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;

  • Amenities “Amenities” are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.

  • Lobby means a covered space in which all the adjoining rooms open;

  • Collocation Space means an area of space located in a building to be used by CLEC to house telecommunications equipment that is necessary for interconnection or access to UNEs. Additionally, roof or wall space used for wireless interconnection shall be included in the definition where applicable.

  • Franchise Area means the area within the jurisdictional boundaries of the City, including any areas annexed by the City during the term of this Franchise.

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Survey Area means the area of land or waters the subject of a Survey, or proposed to be the subject of a Survey.

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • Design-build means a project delivery method in which the detailed design and subsequent construction is provided through a single contract with a Design-Build firm; a team, partnership, or legal entity that includes design professionals and a builder. The Design-Build Project delivery shall be implemented in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code § 2166.2531.2

  • Open space means undeveloped land, a naturally landscaped area, or a formal or man-made landscaped area that provides a connective link or a buffer between other resources.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Office Space means the offices of the Service Provider located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 (or any successor location or other existing office space of the Service Provider or any of its affiliates).

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.
