Space Layout definition

Space Layout shall consist of all plans depicting partitions, doors, electrical and telephone outlets, right fixture locations, mill work, wall finishes, floor coverings and special requirements (if any).

Examples of Space Layout in a sentence

  • Within thirty (30) days from either of the following dates, whichever shall be later to occur: (a) receipt by Tenant of Space Layout Drawings, or (b) execution of this Lease by the parties hereto, Tenant shall submit to Landlord one (1) set of reproducible prints of Store Design Drawings prepared by a qualified architect specializing in retail design, showing intended design character and finishing of the Leased Premises.

  • Tenant shall advise Landlord immediately of any discrepancies with respect to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Space Layout drawings.

  • TENANT shall furnish to LANDLORD, within three (3) days after request therefore, any additional information not contained in TENANT'S Space Layout needed by LANDLORD to prepare the working drawings and specifications or to order materials or let bids for the Leased Premises.

  • LANDLORD shall, at its expense, reasonably provide TENANT with the services of LANDLORD'S space planner to assist TENANT in preparing Tenant's Space Layout.

  • LANDLORD shall pay all costs and expenses of preparing the initial architectural, mechanical and electrical working drawings and specifications for the Leased Premises, but TENANT shall reimburse LANDLORD within fifteen (15) days after receipt of an invoice therefore, for all such costs and expenses which are reasonably allocable (in the judgment of LANDLORD'S architects and engineers) to special items or revisions due to a change in TENANT'S approved Space Layout.

  • After receipt of TENANT'S Space Layout, LANDLORD shall prepare and deliver to TENANT, with reasonable promptness, a detailed statement itemizing the amount, if any by which the total cost [including general contractor's overhead and profit and the management fee referred to in subsection (d)] of completing the Leased Premises exceeds the cost of providing LANDLORD'S Building Standard Work (Such excess cost is hereinafter referred to as "TENANT'S Excess Cost").

  • The Space Layout provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Representative covers general conditions and is not an “as-built” drawing.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to keep Tenant informed of the status of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Space Layout Determination.
