Space Rent definition

Space Rent means, with respect to a Terminal, the amount so notified by the Authority as per the extant guidelines to this effect to be the rent payable by the Airport Users for use of the Service Area within / outside such Terminal.
Space Rent means the money or other consideration charged or received by a Park Owner for the use or occupancy of a Mobile Home space and the nonexclusive use of common area facilities, but excluding separately billed utilities or reasonable charges for services actually rendered as of the effective date of this section.
Space Rent means, with respect to the Airport, the amount so notified by the Authority as per the extant guidelines to this effect to be the rent payable by the Concessionaire for use of the Service Area(s) and Seating Area(s) at the Airport.

  • For the purpose of determining unpaid Rent under clause (3) above, the monthly Rent reserved in this Lease shall be deemed to be the sum of the Monthly Base Rent, and monthly Storage Space Rent, if any, and the amounts last payable by Tenant as Rent Adjustments for the calendar year in which Landlord terminated this Lease as provided hereinabove.

Space Rent means, with respect to a Terminal, the amount so notified by the Authority from time to time to be the rent payable by the Airport Users for use of the Service Area within / outside such Terminal.
Space Rent means the consideration, including any bonus, benefits, or gratuities, demanded or received for or in connection with the use or occupancy of a manufactured home within a manufactured home park. The use and occupancy of a rental unit shall include the exercise of all rights and privileges and use of all facilities, services, and amenities accruing to the residents thereof for which a separate fee authorized by the Mobilehome Residency Law (California Civil Code Section 798, et seq.) is not charged. Nothing herein shall be construed to prevent a park owner from establishing such fees as may be authorized by the Mobilehome Residency Law. Space rent shall not include utility charges for utility services, including gas, electricity, and/or sewer service provided to an individual manufactured home residence (as opposed to the park in general) where such charges are billed to such a resident separately from the space rent, and such charges are limited to the actual value of the utility service provided in the individual residence.

"Space Rent" shall not include any separately billed utility fees and charges for natural gas or liquid propane gas, electricity, water, cable television, garbage or refuse service and sewer service.
Space Rent means the Structure Rent, Surface Rent, and Fifth Floor Rent, collectively.
Space Rent or “rent” means the consideration, including any bonus, benefits or gratuity demanded or received in connection with the use and occupancy of a mobile home space in a mobile home park, or for the transfer of a lease for park space, services and amenities, subletting and security deposits, but exclusive of any amounts paid for the acquisition or use of the mobile home dwelling itself.
