Mobile Home ParkNotwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in Section 9.21(a) of the Purchase Agreement, CAX and Utility LLC hereby acknowledge and agree that Sellers' and HHCC's or SCG's obligations pursuant to Section 9.21(a)(i) and Section 9.21(a)(ii) to repair, correct and/or incur all costs and expenses associated with ICEs (except for the storm and sanitary sewer repairs as described in Section 13 below) have been satisfied by the reduction in the Purchase Price and the corresponding reduction in the amounts payable by CAX and Utility LLC at the Park Closing.
Mobile Home ParkThe term “Mobile Home Park” means any area or tract of land used to accommodate two (2) or more mobile homes as single-family residential uses, where those homes are located on individua l rented or leased lots consistent with Health and Safety Code Section 18214(c)(1).
Mobile Home Park. Pursuant to the Executive Summary report prepared by EA Group, Inc. ("EA Group") based upon a July 1998 property inspection, EA Group identified certain initial capital expenditures (collectively, "ICEs") which are required to be made in connection with the Mobile Home Park. These items are outlined in detail in the "Immediate Needs Table" contained in the report prepared by EA Group which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit 9.21(a). All the ICEs shall be repaired, corrected or incurred on or before the Park Closing Date as provided below:

  • Project or Building Name and Signage Landlord shall have the right at any time to change the name of the Project or Building and to install, affix and maintain any and all signs on the exterior and on the interior of the Project or Building as Landlord may, in Landlord’s sole discretion, desire. Tenant shall not use the name of the Project or Building or use pictures or illustrations of the Project or Building in advertising or other publicity or for any purpose other than as the address of the business to be conducted by Tenant in the Premises, without the prior written consent of Landlord.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Cemetery The Local Church agrees and insures that, after the Disaffiliation Date, its cemetery and/or columbarium, will continue to be maintained in substantially the same manner as presently maintained. In addition, Local Church will honor any and all contracts, deeds, and agreements for burial and/or internment in its cemetery or columbarium, as well as insuring and continued access for families and loved ones of United Methodists buried there and for burials in unfilled xxxxxx and columbarium slots (including granting an access easement to the Conference and members of the United Methodist Church for visitations, historical research, and related purposes).

  • Residential Use; Pets The bedroom space and apartment may be used solely for private residential purposes and for no other purposes. Resident may not carry on any business or other enterprise from the bedroom space or apartment, nor use any Owner- provided Internet connections for business purposes. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident.

  • Buildings The Employer will provide and maintain all state-owned buildings, facilities, and equipment in accordance with the specific written order(s) of the Michigan (MIOSHA) Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Health and Human Services. Where facilities are leased by the Employer, the Employer shall make a reasonable attempt to assure that such facilities comply with the order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Health and Human Services.

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Structures Airport facilities such as bridges; culverts; catch basins, inlets, retaining walls, cribbing; storm and sanitary sewer lines; water lines; underdrains; electrical ducts, manholes, handholes, lighting fixtures and bases; transformers; flexible and rigid pavements; navigational aids; buildings; vaults; and, other manmade features of the airport that may be encountered in the work and not otherwise classified herein. 10-50 SUBGRADE. The soil which forms the pavement foundation.

  • No Light, Air or View Easement Any diminution or shutting off of light, air or view by any structure which may be erected on lands adjacent to or in the vicinity of the Building shall in no way affect this Lease or impose any liability on Landlord.
