Spare Component definition

Spare Component means any component set forth in Attachment A that was furnished to Buyer pursuant to this Policy or purchased by Buyer from Boeing as a spare part.
Spare Component means any airframe or landing gear element specified in Exhibit A that was furnished to Buyer by Boeing as a correction or replacement under this Policy or that was purchased by Buyer from Boeing as a spare part.
Spare Component means any component set forth in Attachment A that was furnished to Buyer pursuant to this Policy or purchased by Buyer from Seller as a spare part. 1.4 "Covered Component" means an Airframe Component, a Landing Gear Component or a Spare Component. 1.5 "Failure" means any breakage or defect in a Covered Component. 1.6 "Failed Component" means a Covered Component in which a Failure has occurred. 2. Service Life Policy. If a Failure occurs in any Covered Component within the following periods, Seller will promptly, at a price calculated pursuant to this Policy, either (i) design and furnish to Buyer materials required to correct the Failed Component or (ii) furnish to Buyer a replacement Covered Component: 2.1 As to any Airframe Component or Landing Gear Component, within 12 years after delivery of the Aircraft in which such component was initially installed; or 2.2 As to any Spare Component, within 12 years after delivery of such Spare Component, or within 12 years after delivery by Seller of the last new Model 717 aircraft to Buyer, whichever first expires. 3.

Examples of Spare Component in a sentence

  • If the down time for repair of components given in Annexure –VI (A &B) exceeds 24 hours, excluding CHP and RO/waste water treatment plant where downtime shall not exceed 6 hours, for the want of spares/ consumables or due to delayed response or negligence as reported by the Representative of NCPOR and verified by data or due to unforeseen conditions or structural problems, the component shall be taken out of the Contract at pro-rata basis considering the agreed maintenance cost for the Spare Component.

  • Blood component means that part of blood separated by physical or mechanical means.

  • Service Component means certain enabling Software, hardware peripherals and associated documentation which may be separately provided by Symantec as an incidental part of a Service.

  • Finished Lots means, Entitled Land (i) that has been legally subdivided for the construction of Housing Units, (ii) that has been graded substantially in accordance with all grading plans approved by the applicable agencies and contains level building pads (except for any fine or precise grading to be completed immediately prior to vertical construction), (iii) that has all water, sewer, electrical and other utility services for planned residences installed and stubbed to the lot behind the sidewalk, (iv) that has all storm drain, sewer, curb, gutter, sidewalk and pavement for public access constructed and installed, except for any final lift of the streets and lateral connections to Housing Units, (v) that has all property corners surveyed and marked and any required survey monumentation installed, and (vi) with respect to which all applicable development fees (including, without limitation, school and development impact fees) that are required to be paid prior to obtaining a building permit have been paid other than building permit and plan check fees. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the term “Finished Lot” shall not include any Land upon which the construction of a Housing Unit has commenced.

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.

  • Consumables means where the context permits, Digital Print Consumables, Inkjet Printing System Consumables and Prepress Consumables.

  • Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;

  • Cash Component means that portion, if any, of the Conversion Shares Offer Consideration consisting of cash.

  • Class E Component The Component having such designation.

  • Removed Components means components of the Project or portions thereof which the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate in its sole discretion, elects to remove from the Project pursuant to Section 4.04 hereof or as a result of any Condemnation Event.

  • Manufacturing Site means a location where a manufacturing

  • Certified components means components of X-ray systems which are subject to regulations promulgated under Public Law 90-602, the “Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act of 1968,” the Food and Drug Administration.

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Engine Manufacturer means CFM International, Inc.

  • SKU means stock keeping unit.

  • Components means articles, materials, and supplies incorporated directly into end products at any level of manufacture, fabrication, or assembly by the Contractor or any subcontractor.

  • Routine patient care costs means Covered Medical Expenses which are typically provided absent a clinical trial and not otherwise excluded under the Policy. Routine patient care costs do not include:

  • Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open-source copyright license agreement, including any GNU General Public License or GNU Library or Lesser Public License, or other obligation, restriction or license agreement that substantially conforms to the Open Source Definition as prescribed by the Open Source Initiative or otherwise may require disclosure or licensing to any third party of any source code with which such software component is used or compiled.

  • Eligible Finished Goods Inventory means Inventory that qualifies as Eligible Inventory and consists of first quality finished goods held for sale in the ordinary course of Borrower’s business.
