Covered Component definition

Covered Component means only those mechanical components or parts of Your Asset that are listed in the ‘Covered Components’, and ‘Customer Care Package’ on (Pages 3 to 4) as being covered under Your Mechanical Breakdown Insurance.

• All such use and/or access shall be in accordance with the specific policies and procedures that may from time to time be adopted by the specific Covered Component as set forth in Section 6.3 below.

More Definitions of Covered Component

Covered Component means a component of your vehicle that was originally fitted by the vehicle manufacturer, but only to the extent that is it not otherwise excluded under “What is not covered’ on pages 16 to 19 of this policy document.

Covered Component means only those mechanical components or parts of Your Caravan that were originally covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Please refer to (Page 5, Section 7) for “Exclusions”.

Covered Component means only those mechanical components or parts of Your Motor Vehicle that are listed in the ‘Covered Components ’, and ‘Customer Care Package’ on (Pages 2 to 3) as being covered under Your Warranty.

Covered Component means any part of your vehicle that was originally covered by the manufacturer’s vehicle warranty but excludes those components described under “What is not covered”.

Covered Component means the components covered under this Limited Warranty as set forth in Sections II below.

Covered Component under Silver Coverage means those components of Your Vehicle which are named in this Contract under the applicable coverage section contained in Section II. What This Contract Covers and which are not excluded in Section III. What Is Not Covered.

Covered Component means an area within a Hybrid Entity that would meet the definition of Covered Entity if that component were a separate legal entity. A health care component may also include any component that conducts covered functions (i.e., noncovered health care provider) or performs activities that would make the component a Business Associate of the entity if it were legally separate.
