This solicitation is being issued by CWA, a conservation and reclamation district created by a Special Act of the 60th Legislature of the State of Texas in 1967 (Article 8280-355, Vernon's Texas Civil Statues) and created pursuant to Article XVI, Section 59, of the Texas Constitution.

As for establishments of dairy products and egg products, MFDS recognized establishments that have a record of export to Korea prior to the implementation of the Special Act as registered establishments.
In accordance with the provisions of Special Act No. 77-98, as amended, and Section 12-412(a) of the Connecticut General Statutes, sales of tangible personal property and services to the Town are not subject to the Connecticut Sales and Use Tax, and such tax shall not be included as part of the bid.
