Special Assessment Roll definition

Special Assessment Roll means the roll of properties with a PACE Special Assessment that sets forth a description of the property, the amount of the assessment, and the name of the person to whom the property was assessed, and as set forth by the Authorized Official, attached as Appendix E. ARTICLE II DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS
Special Assessment Roll means the document attached hereto as Appendix A, as updated from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Authority in accordance with the procedures set forth herein, which shall include both of the Special Assessment Roll A and the Special Assessment Roll B.
Special Assessment Roll means any Special Assessment District Rolls confirmed at any time for a Special Assessment District by the Township Board.

Special Assessment Roll means the document included within the Quincy NID Plan per Exhibit G-1, as updated from time to time by the NIDMA in accordance with the procedures set forth herein.

  • Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.

  • Special Hazard Mortgage Loan A Liquidated Mortgage Loan as to which a Special Hazard Loss has occurred.

  • Environmental Assessment means an assessment of the presence, storage or release of any hazardous or toxic substance, pollutant or contaminant with respect to the collateral securing a Shared-Loss Loan that has been fully or partially charged off.

  • Phase I Environmental Assessment A “Phase I assessment” as described in, and meeting the criteria of, the ASTM, plus a radon and asbestos inspection.

The Assistance Company in collaboration with the Medical Evacuation Provider, will utilize the assessment to determine at its sole discretion whether a Plan Holder is fit to fly; the most appropriate means to provide medical evacuation; the medical personnel who will be accompanying the patient on the transport; and to confirm the medical facility closest to one’s home can meet their medical needs. If the patient’s medical facility of choice is unable to provide the high level of medical care required by the patient, arrangements will be made to transport the patient to the appropriate medical facility closest to their home, or closest to patient's preferred medical facility in the US when possible.

  • Assessment of Compliance As defined in Section 3.21.

  • CMSA Collateral Summary File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Collateral Summary File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Assessment Date means the tax assessment effective date for each tax year in question,i.e. December 31 of the immediately preceding calendar year.

  • Physical Conditions Report means, with respect to the Property, a report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion, which report shall, among other things, (a) confirm that the Property and its use complies, in all material respects, with all applicable Legal Requirements (including, without limitation, zoning, subdivision and building laws) and (b) include a copy of a final certificate of occupancy with respect to all Improvements on the Property.

  • CREFC® Collateral Summary File The data file in the “CREFC® Collateral Summary File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Initial assessed value means the assessed value, as equalized, of all the taxable property within the boundaries of the development area at the time the resolution establishing the tax increment financing plan is approved as shown by the most recent assessment roll of the municipality for which equalization has been completed at the time the resolution is adopted. Property exempt from taxation at the time of the determination of the initial assessed value shall be included as zero. For the purpose of determining initial assessed value, property for which a specific local tax is paid in lieu of a property tax shall not be considered property that is exempt from taxation. The initial assessed value of property for which a specific tax was paid in lieu of a property tax shall be determined as provided in subdivision (w).

  • ARD Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is identified as having an Anticipated Repayment Date and a Revised Rate on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Corrected Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that had been a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan but has ceased to be such in accordance with the definition of "Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan" (other than by reason of a Liquidation Event occurring in respect of such Mortgage Loan or a related Mortgaged Property becoming an REO Property).

  • Progress Assessment Report (PAR means the monthly compliance report to Owner verifying compliance with the HUB subcontracting plan (HSP).

  • Serviced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that is not an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan.
