Special Board Resolution definition

Special Board Resolution has the meaning given to it in the Articles of Association of AerCo; provided that references to a Special Board Resolution shall be construed as references to an ordinary resolution of the Board of Directors any time at which the Servicer and/or its Affiliates do not hold a majority of the Class E Notes.
