Special Laws or Regulations has the meaning set out in Section 4.5(g)(5) of this Agreement.

Special Laws or Regulations means special regulatory or compliance requirements such as those imposed by the Bank Holding Company Act, certain Federal Communications Commission regulations, or the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as each may be amended from time to time.

Special Laws or Regulations means regulatory or compliance requirements imposed by laws other than the 1933 Act, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or the 1940 Act, including without limitation those imposed by the Bank Holding Company Act, certain Federal Communications Commission regulations, or ERISA.

Related to Special Laws or Regulations

  • Law or Regulation means the law or regulation of any jurisdiction, domestic or foreign, or any agreement entered into with or between Authorities.

  • SEBI ICDR Regulations means Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended;

  • PPPFA Regulations means the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017 published in terms of the PPPFA.

  • the 2002 Regulations means the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002;

  • Takeover regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and any amendments thereto;

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.

  • FCC Regulations means the regulations duly and lawfully promulgated by the FCC, as in effect from time to time.

  • the 1997 Regulations means the Zebra, Pelican and Puffin Pedestrian Crossing Regulations 1997.

  • TUPE Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, as amended.

  • Governmental Regulations means all statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations of the Authorities applicable to Seller or the use or operation of the Real Property or the Improvements or any portion thereof.

  • ISA Regulations means The Individual Savings Account Regulations 1998, as amended or replaced from time to time.

  • SBE Regulations means the written regulations and procedures adopted pursuant to this chapter for procurement of Supplies, Services and Public Works.

  • the 2000 Regulations means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2000(b); "the 2001 Regulations" means the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2001(c);

  • Sanctions Laws and Regulations means any sanctions, prohibitions or requirements imposed by any executive order (an “Executive Order”) or by any sanctions program administered by OFAC.

  • the 2012 Regulations means the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2012;

  • Ordinances means the ordinances of the City of Waukon, Iowa, as embodied in this Code of Ordinances, ordinances not repealed by the ordinance adopting this Code of Ordinances, and those enacted hereafter.

  • Anti-Corruption Laws means all laws, rules, and regulations of any jurisdiction applicable to the Borrower or its Subsidiaries from time to time concerning or relating to bribery or corruption.

  • EEA Regulations means the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2006.

  • HIPAA Regulations means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164.

  • OFAC Regulations means the regulations promulgated by OFAC, as amended from time to time.

  • EP Regulations means The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations SI 2016 No.1154 and words and expressions used in this permit which are also used in the Regulations have the same meanings as in those Regulations.

  • CFTC Regulations means the rules and regulations promulgated by the CFTC, as amended.
