  • The Special Meeting Demand shall be updated and supplemented within five (5) business days after the record date for the meeting, and such information when provided to the Corporation shall be current as of the record date.

  • Such business only may be specified by a majority of the Board or in a valid Special Meeting Demand.

  • All hours worked during a temporary assignment (including vacation coverage) will not be included in the annual averaging of hours for part-time Employees.

Related to Special Meeting Demand

  • Special Meeting means a special meeting of the holders of Voting Shares, called by the Board of Directors for the purpose of approving a supplement or amendment to this Agreement pursuant to Subsection 5.4(b);
