  • Except as such regulations may provide, the only persons who will be recognized at any meeting as a Special Warrantholder, or be entitled to vote or be present at the meeting in respect thereof (subject to Section 7.9), will be Special Warrantholders or their counsel, or proxyholders of Special Warrantholders.

  • Any one or more of the powers or any combination of the powers in this Indenture stated to be exercised by the Special Warrantholders by Extraordinary Resolution or otherwise may be exercised from time to time and the exercise of any one or more of such powers or any combination of powers from time to time shall not be deemed to exhaust the right of the Special Warrantholder to exercise such power or combination of powers then or thereafter from time to time.

  • The Special Warrant Agent shall promptly and in accordance with Section 6.4 send a notice of the Adjourned Meeting to each Special Warrantholder and the Company.
