Specially Pooled Paper definition

Specially Pooled Paper means the aggregate of all commercial paper notes of Windmill issued in connection with receivables purchase facilities designated from time to time by the Agent (in its sole discretion). Specially Pooled Paper will not include Pooled Commercial Paper or Allocated Commercial Paper at any time.
