Specialty Equipment definition

Specialty Equipment means a piece of equipment with unique or specialized performance capabilities that allow it to perform prescribed tasks and as approved by the Executive Officer.
Specialty Equipment means portable engines used to power equipment located in the Outer Continental Shelf or State Territorial Waters that satisfy all of the following conditions:
Specialty Equipment means any additional machinery, apparatus or equipment (or any component parts thereof), whether or not capital, installed by Tenant after the date hereof to service the needs of one or more particular customers or subtenants of Tenant or types of customers or subtenants that is (i) not intended to be permanently affixed to the Leased Premises and (ii) is not a replacement of, or accession to, any then-existing Equipment or any Racking.

Specialty Equipment is comprised of Cranes, Motion controls, Insert vehicles, Remote Heads, UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles), Aerial Equipment, Balloon lights or any specialty equipment requiring a skilled technician.
Specialty Equipment means the Smart Card-related equipment and software installed in connection with the Upgrade.

  • Company Equipment means all equipment supplied by the Company to the Contractor, to use in the performance of the Work and which is specified in the Contract as “Company Equipment”.
