Specification Gas definition

Specification Gas means Natural Gas that complies with the Specification and any Off-Spec Gas that the Buyer takes in accordance with the terms of Article 12.2.4.

Examples of Specification Gas in a sentence

  • If on a Gas Day the Individual Gas Delivered by the Shipper to an Inlet Point that is a Multi-shipper Inlet Point is included in Blended Gas that meets the Blended Specifications then, despite clause7.6, the Operator must Receive the Individual Gas from the Shipper even if the Individual Gas is Out-of- Specification Gas.

  • If any Out-of-Specification Gas is delivered to the Shipper at an Outlet Point without the Shipper's agreement under clause7.9(a), then except to the extent that the Shipper caused the Gas in the DBNGP to be Out-of- Specification Gas by delivering Out-of-Specification Gas to the Inlet Point, the Operator is liable to the Shipper for Direct Damage arising in respect of the Out-of-Specification Gas.

  • MDL will not enter into any contract to allow any Welded Party to inject Non- Specification Gas into the Maui Pipeline, even if such gas, when blended with Gas in the Maui Pipeline, would not cause any Non-Specification Gas to be made available at any Delivery Point.

  • Without limiting either Vector’s or a Shipper’s obligation to act as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator or to mitigate its Loss arising out of or in relation to Non- Specification Gas that enters, or is in, a Pipeline, each Party acknowledges that should Non-Specification Gas enter, or be in, a Pipeline, Vector is unlikely to be able to prevent such Non-Specification Gas from reaching a Delivery Point.

  • Subject to the limitations set out in section 28, each Injecting Welded Party shall indemnify MDL for any loss incurred by MDL arising out of or in relation to Non- Specification Gas injected into the Maui Pipeline from that Injecting Welded Party’s Pipeline.

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings, as set out in the Order or otherwise agreed in writing by Get Living and the Supplier;

  • IS Specification means the Specification of latest edition with amendments, if any, up to time of receipt of tender by Corporation issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards as referred to in the specifications and / or work orders.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • District Specifications means the specifications followed by the State Government in the area where the work is to be executed.

  • Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Project Highway, as set forth in Schedule-D, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Project Highway submitted by the Contractor to, and expressly approved by, the Authority;
