Specified Body Areas definition

Specified Body Areas means any one or more of the following:
Specified Body Areas means in the case of a female person, the nipples and areolae, and in the case of all persons the genitals and the anus;

Specified Body Areas means, in the case of a female, her breasts and in the case of all persons, the pubic, perineal and perianal areas and the buttocks;

  • specified area (“ardal benodedig”) means an area which is specified in a condition to the service provider’s registration as a place in relation to which the service is to be provided;

  • Licence Area means the area constituted by the blocks that are the subject of a licence;

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.

  • Public area means any portion of a state or municipal building that is open to and accessible by the public or which is otherwise designated as a public area by the governing body or the chief administrative officer, if no governing body exists, of such building.

  • Restricted Areas means (i) all areas within the Facility that are not generally accessible to the public, including judges’ xxxxxxxx, all non-public restrooms, elevators, break rooms, and corridors, and other non-public spaces that are dedicated for use only by judges or Court staff and employees, (ii) public areas of a Facility during non-business hours that are subject to security screening during normal business hours, and (iii) the areas defined as Restricted Areas in the Background Check Policy.

  • Agreement Area means the area to which this NSHA applies, being the land and waters described in Schedule 3.

  • Restricted Geographic Area is defined as all countries, territories, parishes, municipalities and states in which Company is doing business or is selling its products at the time of termination of Employee’s employment with Company, including but not limited to every parish and municipality in the state of Louisiana.
