Specified Capacity definition

Specified Capacity means each of the following capacities:-
Specified Capacity means twenty five per cent (25%) in relation to Minimum Rough Capacity and 1534 GWh in relation to Additional Space, or such other amounts as are permitted by Ofgem in accordance with paragraph 3.6;
Specified Capacity means a capacity which is specified for the purposes of section 18(4)(a) by regulation57(1);

Examples of Specified Capacity in a sentence

  • To the extent any Specified Capacity listed in para- graph (a) of this section is an entity, any individual(s) or entities deter- mined by HUD to control the financial or operational decisions of such Speci- fied Capacity shall also be considered Controlling Participants.

  • Entities and individuals owning, directly or indirectly, 25% or more of a Specified Capacity.

  • At least one natural person must be identified as a Controlling Participant for each Specified Capacity.

More Definitions of Specified Capacity

Specified Capacity means each of the following capacities: as principal whether solely or jointly with any other person; as partner with any other person; as agent for any other person; as trustee for any other person; as an employee of any other person; as a consultant or adviser to any other person; as an officer of any company; or as the owner of any interest in any shares or other securities in any company (except as provided in Sub-clause 3.4);
Specified Capacity means twenty five per cent (25%) in relation to Minimum Rough Capacity, and 1534 GWh in relation to Additional Space, and no Incremental Capacity until 34.7 TWh of space has been sold before the Storage Year; or such other amounts as are permitted by Ofgem in accordance with paragraph 3.6;
Specified Capacity means the power (MW) stipulated by the Buying Entity in a particular time-block as per Annexure-B of this RfS, which the RPD is obligated to supply as per the provisions of PPA.
Specified Capacity for any Year means the capacity to process at least 40% of the sawn timber which can be derived from the Annual Supply for that Year, into one or more of the Products; `Term' means the term of this Agreement;
Specified Capacity means the power (MW) stipulated by the Buying Entity in a particular time-block as per Schedule-4 of this Agreement, which the RPD is obligated to supply as per the provisions of this Agreement.

Related to Specified Capacity

  • Bid Capacity meanss capacity offered by the bidder in his Bid under invitation.

  • Licensed capacity means the number of children the Department has determined the day care home can care for at any one time in addition to any children living in the home who are under the age of 12 years. Children age 12 and over on the premises are not considered in determining licensed capacity.

  • Reserved Capacity means the maximum amount of capacity and energy that the Transmission Provider agrees to transmit for the Transmission Customer over the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System between the Point(s) of Receipt and the Point(s) of Delivery under Tariff, Part II. Reserved Capacity shall be expressed in terms of whole megawatts on a sixty (60) minute interval (commencing on the clock hour) basis.

  • Contracted Capacity means the capacity (in MW AC) contracted with MSEDCL for supply by the successful bidder at the Delivery Point from the Solar Power Project.

  • Committed Capacity means that portion of the Capacity that is required to meet the Capacity Entitlements of Access Holders;

  • Installed Capacity or 'IC’ means the summation of the name plate capacities of all the units of the generating station or the capacity of the generating station (reckoned at the generator terminals), approved by the Commission from time to time;

  • Rated Capacity means the Average Daily Flow for which the Works are approved to handle;

  • System Capacity means the operational capacity of the Gathering System at any applicable point in time.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Nameplate capacity means the maximum electrical generating output (in MWe) that a generator can sustain over a specified period of time when not restricted by seasonal or other deratings as measured in accordance with the United States Department of Energy standards.

  • Maximum Capacity or ‘Pmax’ means the maximum continuous active power which a power-generating module can produce, less any demand associated solely with facilitating the operation of that power-generating module and not fed into the network as specified in the connection agreement or as agreed between the relevant system operator and the power-generating facility owner;

  • Available Capacity means the capacity from the Project, expressed in whole megawatts, that is available to generate Product. [For As-Available Product facilities only]

  • Storage Capacity means any combination of space, injectability and deliverability.

  • Technical Capacity means the maximum firm capacity that the transmission system operator can offer to the network users, taking account of system integrity and the operational requirements of the transmission network;
