Specified Leased Properties definition

Specified Leased Properties means any Real Property leased by a Loan Party for which the lease requires consent from the landlord in order for such Loan Party to grant a first priority lien, security interest and assignment in its leasehold interest therein.
Specified Leased Properties means, collectively, (a) as of the Closing Date, the leased Real Property located at (i) 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx, (ii) 00 Xxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx (the leased locations set forth in clauses (i) and (ii), collectively, the “Specified Leased Locations”) and (iii) 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxx, San Diego, California, (b) that certain continuous manufacturing rig located at 00 Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, XX 00000 and (c) other locations where leased real property arrangements similar to the Specified Leased Locations (and not otherwise reflecting debt arrangements) are entered into by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries from time to time following the Closing Date. For the avoidance of any doubt, all such leases of Specified Leased Properties shall be treated as operating leases for all purposes of this Agreement.
Specified Leased Properties means, collectively, (a) as of the Closing Date, the leased Real Property located at (i) 50 Northern Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts, (ii) 11 Fan Pier Boulevard, Boston, Massachusetts (the leased locations set forth in clauses (i) and (ii), collectively, the “Specified Leased Locations”) and (iii) 3215 Merryfield Row, San Diego, California, (b) that certain continuous manufacturing rig located at 40 Lake Drive, East Windsor, New Jersey 08520 and (c) other locations where leased real property arrangements similar to the Specified Leased Locations (and not otherwise reflecting debt arrangements) are entered into by the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries from time to time following the Closing Date. For the avoidance of any doubt, all such leases of Specified Leased Properties shall be treated as operating leases for all purposes of this Agreement.

  • Ground Leases Those certain leases with respect to real property that is a portion of the Leased Property, pursuant to which Landlord is a tenant and which leases have either been approved by Tenant or are in existence as of the date hereof and listed on Schedule A hereto.
