Leased Locations definition

Leased Locations means all leases of real property incurred by the Business which are listed on Exhibit 4 attached hereto;
Leased Locations means any Real Property leased by one or more of the Grantors and used solely as an individual store location.

  • With respect to Store Leased Locations in Landlord Lien States, Administrative Agent agrees that it shall only request a Collateral Access Agreement for any such Store Leased Location to the extent the Lead Borrower requests the removal of all or a portion of any Reserves relating to such Store Leased Location.

More Definitions of Leased Locations

Leased Locations means the locations subject to the Real Property Leases.
Leased Locations means those properties set out in Schedule 7.1.11 hereto and any property leased by any Credit Party, as lessee, after the Closing Date, and “Leased Property” means any of the Leased Properties as the context requires.
Leased Locations means the Real Property described on Schedule 1.1(a) that is subject to certain of the Real Property Leases.

Related to Leased Locations

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Fixed location means a permanent place of doing business in this state, such as an office, warehouse, storefront, or similar location owned or controlled by an employer.

  • Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(b).
