Specified Patents definition

Specified Patents means the patents identified on Schedule 3 and all divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, reissues, extensions, reexaminations and renewals of such patents in the U.S. and all foreign countries.

Specified Patents means those Patent Rights identified as the Specified Patents in that certain letter [*].

Specified Patents means all Patents listed in Schedule 2 hereto.

Examples of Specified Patents in a sentence

• Seller has made available to Purchaser copies of the Specified Patents, and has supplied to Purchaser copies of the patent applications included in the Specified Patents that are not publicly available as of the date of this Agreement.

Specified Patents means Patents the acquisition of which has been financed by Indebtedness incurred under Section 6.7.5. “Subscription Agreement” means a Subscription Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto.
