Specified Patents definition

Specified Patents means the patents identified on Schedule 3 and all divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, reissues, extensions, reexaminations and renewals of such patents in the U.S. and all foreign countries.

Specified Patents means all Patents listed in Schedule 2 hereto.

Specified Patents means those Patent Rights identified as the Specified Patents in that certain letter [*].

• Seller has made available to Purchaser copies of the Specified Patents, and has supplied to Purchaser copies of the patent applications included in the Specified Patents that are not publicly available as of the date of this Agreement.

Specified Patents means the patents identified on Schedule 7 and all divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, reissues, extensions, reexaminations and renewals of such patents in the U.S. and al foreign countries.

Specified Patents means the patents and registrations, pending patent applications or applications for registration specified on §3(l)(ii) of the Disclosure Schedule and any patent disclosures thereto (including all reissuances, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisionals, revisions, extensions and reexaminations), and all patents and patent applications with a common priority in all countries, owned by, or licensed to, Seller. For the avoidance of doubt, any patents and registrations, pending patent applications or applications for registration that are not listed on §3(l)(ii)of the Disclosure Schedule and any patent disclosures thereto (including all reissuances, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisionals, revisions, extensions and reexaminations), and all related patents and patent applications with a common priority in all countries, owned by, or licensed to, Seller, are not included in the Acquired Assets.

Specified Patents means Patents the acquisition of which has been financed by Indebtedness incurred under Section 6.7.5.

Specified Patents means any Patents set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto.
