Speculative Home definition

Speculative Home. A Construction Project which is a single family home, or a unit in a two to eight multifamily structure, not a Pre-Sold Home and not anticipated to be used as a Model Home.
Speculative Home means any Single Family House which is not the subject of a Sales Contract.
Speculative Home means a Home other than a Sold Home or a Model Home.

Purchases and sales, as the case may be, in the same security or an equivalent security within 30 days will be aggregated for purposes of determining if the transaction meets the definition of a De Minimis Transaction.

  • Permitted Bond Hedge Transaction means any call or capped call option (or substantively equivalent derivative transaction) on the Parent’s common Equity Interests purchased by the Parent in connection with the issuance of any Convertible Indebtedness; provided that the purchase price for such Permitted Bond Hedge Transaction does not exceed the net proceeds received by the Parent from the sale of such Convertible Indebtedness issued in connection with the Permitted Bond Hedge Transaction.

  • California Renewables Portfolio Standard means the California Public Utilities Code Section 399.11, et seq.
