Spike Factor definition

Spike Factor means, for any calendar month, (a) the positive difference, if any, between: (i) the highest Dilution Ratio for any calendar month during the twelve most recent calendar months and (ii) the arithmetic average of the Dilution Ratios for such twelve months times (b) (i) the highest Dilution Ratio for any calendar month during the twelve most recent calendar months divided by (ii) the arithmetic average of the Dilution Ratios for such twelve months.
Spike Factor means, for any calendar month, (a) the positive difference, if any, between: (i) the highest Dilution Ratio for any one calendar month during the twelve most recent calendar months and (ii) the arithmetic average of the Dilution Ratios for such twelve months times (b) (i) the highest Dilution Ratio for any one calendar month during the twelve most recent calendar months divided by (ii) the arithmetic average of the Dilution Ratios for such twelve months.
Spike Factor means on any Settlement Date (and any subsequent date until the following Settlement Date), the product of (i) the excess, if any, of (a) the arithmetic average Dilution Ratio for any three consecutive Calculation Periods during the twelve most recent Calculation Periods over (b) the arithmetic average of the Dilution Ratios for such twelve Calculation Periods, times (ii)(a) the highest arithmetic average Dilution Ratio for any three consecutive Calculation Periods during the twelve most recent Calculation Periods, divided by (b) the arithmetic average of the Dilution Ratios for such twelve Calculation Periods.

Spike Factor means on any Settlement Date (and any subsequent date until the following Settlement Date), the product of (i) the excess, if any, of (a) the highest Dilution Ratio for any Calculation Period during the twelve most recent Calculation Periods over (b) the arithmetic average of the Dilution Ratios for such twelve months, times (ii)(a) the highest Dilution Ratio for any Calculation Period during the twelve most recent Calculation Periods, divided by (b) the arithmetic average of the Dilution Ratios for such twelve months.
