Upon the Cessation Date, GM will assume OPEB responsibility for those active and retired Splinter Union Employees and non-represented hourly active and retired employees set forth on Attachment B to the IAM MOU, IBEW MOUs, and IUOE MOUs and the Non-Represented Employees Term Sheet.
