Sponsor may file any patent applications covering Sponsor Intellectual Property in the name and at the cost of Sponsor.
Within 45 days of such receipt, [choose Sponsor or CRO to match contracting party] shall advise Institution or Investigator, as the case may be, in writing of any information contained therein which is Confidential Information or which may be required for the protection of Sponsor Intellectual Property and the Parties shall discuss the use of such information in the Publication.
