Sponsor Intellectual Property definition

Sponsor Intellectual Property means individually and collectively all Intellectual Property conceived of and/or made solely by the employees of Sponsor without the use of University facilities or equipment in performance of a Sponsored Project.
Sponsor Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property arising from and relating to the Clinical Trial, including the Clinical Trial Data and Clinical Trial Documentation, the Investigational Product (including its formulation and use alone or in combination with other drugs), the Protocol and Investigator’s Brochure, but excludes: (i) any clinical procedures or other processes or procedures relating in general to the conduct of clinical trials and any improvements thereto that are the procedures of Institution; (ii) copyright in Publications made by Institution or Investigator; and (iii) patient medical records.
Sponsor Intellectual Property means, any and all knowledge, know-how, technique(s), technology or other intellectual property which are conceived, invented, developed, improved or acquired solely by the Sponsor during the Contract Period in the performance of the Project.

  • Sponsor may file any patent applications covering Sponsor Intellectual Property in the name and at the cost of Sponsor.

  • Within 45 days of such receipt, [choose Sponsor or CRO to match contracting party] shall advise Institution or Investigator, as the case may be, in writing of any information contained therein which is Confidential Information or which may be required for the protection of Sponsor Intellectual Property and the Parties shall discuss the use of such information in the Publication.

More Definitions of Sponsor Intellectual Property

Sponsor Intellectual Property means any and all Inventions made solely by the Sponsor during the Contract Period in the performance of the Project.
Sponsor Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property Controlled by Sponsor as of the Effective Date or during the Term pertaining to Sponsor Product or Telomere Targeting Product, including all Intellectual Property of Sponsor that is provided to Regeneron under this Agreement or that is reasonably necessary for the conduct of a Study in accordance with this Agreement.
Sponsor Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property Rights owned by the Sponsor or licensed by the Sponsor from a third party other than a member of the TfL Group, including the Sponsor Marks;
