Sponsor Marks definition

Sponsor Marks means individually or collectively the name and logo of any Sponsor(s) (including the Title Sponsor) together with all trademarks, service marks, copyrights, logos, taglines, slogans, graphics, designs, color schemes, trade dress, trade name and other marks associated with such Sponsor(s).
Sponsor Marks means any intellectual property used by You in the promotion of an event

  • Sponsor shall provide the Sponsor Marks in the format reasonably requested by Organizer.

  • The Magic Parties shall have the right, but not the obligation, to remove or Obscure any advertising using the Sponsor Marks at any time following such termination.

  • Magic shall not use, register, or attempt to register in any jurisdiction any material incorporating any of or confusingly similar to the Sponsor Marks.

More Definitions of Sponsor Marks

Sponsor Marks means those trademarks and services marks set forth in Schedule 3, as may be updated by Sponsor from time to time, provided that in the event that Sponsor changes its name, the cost of effectuating the change of such Sponsor Marks shall be borne by Sponsor.
